that sucks but i have no simpathy for the guy. count the lug nuts on the ground. 5 from each wheel. bet if he had spent 50 bucks and got a set of locking lugs this wouldnt have happened. some people just have more money then brains

How seriously sad is that?

I'm surprised they didn't steal the brakes though. Those are worth more than the wheels.

You know who's that is?

If I had the cash for a GT-R, I would set it out like that without wheel locks. Then sit on a roof with a sniper rifle and teach some no good worthless criminals a lesson. I have wheel locks on my car. Whoever did this deserves some serious punishment. It wouldn't be too hard to track down these dbags. Rare wheels.

I wonder when the cops going to put a tracking device in wheels and leave it out to catch some of these lazy bastards. Some of those gps tracking devices are really small. They can drill a hole in the wheel and plant the thing in it without making it noticable.

iirc, removing all 4 wheels from a R35 outside of a specified race track signals alarms at nissan HQ and voids your warranty.

I guess that makes this theft a double whammy...

i wasnt serious, was poking at the fact that if you disable the launch/traction control outside a designated race track it voids the warranty (iirc).

I can't imagine what I would do if I came out to something like this... To think someone has molested my baby... Just horrible.

That being said... I did notice in the 2nd picture in the background.... If you can really afford a car this nice you should be able and willing to have one of those nice garages to park in. Even if they were all taken I would make someone an offer they couldn't refuse to get one for a car like that.

i noticed the fact that the car isnt exactly parked in a secure area also -youd think they would have invested in some nice locking lugs or something? dont those damn cars have alarms?

its not mine everyone. lol believe me theres no way id park it out on the street like that. its my friends that has happened to.

wheel locks or not. on a serious note wheel locks only stop someone like myself from stealing your rims. other than that your wheels are coming off.

just to share to us G folks how it sucks that these things still happen daily.

unfortunately we dont live in a perfect world so stuff like that can always happen. if someone really wanted to, they can get through the wheel locks. it'll just slow them down a little bit.
