Ok, the guy told me got a brand new SPEC Stg 1 clutch for it... Well, I was looking at it today and thinking, "Wait, doesn't the stage one have a full organic disk like stock?" So I look up the Stage 2 on the SPEC site and low and behold...

So yeah, I got a $300+ clutch with my $450 motorset

glad to see a misrepresentation that worked in the customer's favor.

Not to rain on your parade, but I'm not real satified with SPEC. I've got the Stage 3 and it still slips on me, and I KNOW that I don't have THAT much power. I also REALLY don't like where the friction point is at. Instead of being near the floor like normal, it's up near the top. And I know there is an adjustment for the clutch under the dash, but I think it's for freeplay and won't help me at all. I don't know that this is a universal problem though and you may find that yours is fine.

Well, I'll give it a shot and we'll see what happens. My friend really liked the SPEC in his SR, so I guess it's different for everyone. Isn't the stage 3 a 4-puck???
