All right guys, I need some help.

I just got my S13 Redtop SR20 installed in my 95 240.

Whenever I drive my car for a while (over 25 minutes or so) it starts to smoke.

The smoke is coming from the engine, not from the exhaust. I know there are vaccum hoses behind the motor and they could possibly be leaking on the exhaust and creating the smoke. There is also seems to be a "boiling" noise coming from somewhere. I checked my oil yesterday while the car was cold and it seemed very full. The car is not overheating and the smoke is a grey and white mixture.

Any suggestions???

Thanks!

boiling sound... What are you using for coolant? Straight water (low boiling point) or a Mix of antifreeze/water?

Flush coolant system and refill with a 50/50 mix, examine old coolant for oil.

Do a compression test

wtf vaccum lines leak fluid ?

Very full - blown HG would let coolant mix w/ water raising the fluid level. Drop oil and look for coolant.

While you're at it look at the spark plugs for any unusual condition

One of the vaccum hoses might have a hole.

Not sure what the coolant is but I will check it out.

Thanks for the advice.

what? ......anyways intense240 why cant you just pop the hood and inspect where the smoke is coming from..and also the boiling why cant you listen for where that is happening..check to see if its in the radiator or in the block somewhere..are you sure you didnt put too much oil in it?
