Looking at the pics, with some money to buy the parts, it is fixable. I have seen much worse on a 240sx, only to see it takes a few parts and done with.

We are looking at maybe both side fenders, hood, bumper, latch assembly, condenser, radiator, radiator support, and headlights. Not too bad considering more than half of that stuff is involved with the Sil80 swap lol.....
