I got in an accident with my '93 Camry, guy made a left hand turn in front of me and thought I would stop for the yellow light. Lost the drivers headlight and a little part of the bumper, got somewhere around $2,500 which wasn't bad since I paid $5k for the car 5 years prior. And it was really freaking reliable, almost miss it, short of most Camry's being the most boring thing on the planet.
On to the point, I swapped my ADR's back to stock, ripped out the audio, thankfully I still had the stock deck. The insurance company won't test the audio system, so if you have aftermarket speakers, etc. They will knock points off your total if its missing stuff like door panels, carpet, etc, but a less scrupulous person (not us of course, just for the record I am NOT stating anyone on those forum would commit such an act) might be interested in selling their S14 seats to someone with S13 seats and installing the crummy ones prior to inspection.
They will often offer you the option of keeping the car and reduce the check you will get by about 20%, though KBB on yours is probably going to be around $4k give or take, but doubtful you will get anywhere near that by parting out whats left of it.
