another reving isssue

When im driving my car it revs at 1500rpms to damn near redline. everyone says it may have something to do iacv. I got a new one but still the same. I have really searched can anyone help me without getting smart?

Uhh... Your clutch is slipping? You have to be more specific than- "when I'm driving".

its not the clutch. it does it when in neutral also.
