Do i need all that to have my wheels good and perfect

hub centric rings are good to have, as far as the chrome nuts and valve stem, that depends how bling do u wanna look

wow you guys been to New Roc? i was just there the other day..oh yea guys i have this screeching sound in my right front wheel it sounds like something is rubbing against the rotor...maybe brakes? idk you think warranty covers that?
