how many quirt of oil do i put in when changing the filter.. and that filter is really at a position where is hard to reach.. can anyone tell me whats the easiest way known to change out that filter in the 94 q.... thnaks!!!!

Do it from the bottom.....

Buy seven quarts... mine seems to want 6.3-6.5 qts.

Officially it's 6 qts, but like Jesda mine takes about 6 3/7. I change my filter from the bottom having to remove the big plastic bottom cover all the time. It's a pain, but I'm not limber enough to change it from the top.

I have found that it is much... much.. easier to do it from the top. You have to remove the airbox, which is fairly obvious to do. And then you have a "ton" of space to work with.

This is not good,because the MAF connector is very sensitive... You dont want to keep reconnecting it all the time, so its still best to go from the bottom... Thats how the FSM states.....

I don't actually disconnect the MAF. I just take the top half of the Air box and place it on/near the plenum

Hmm, that could work. But with my bottom cover mysteriously missing, it ends up being easier from underneath.
