another q45 question

sup fellas, first time poster. i've got 94 q45t , ever since i've had the car the odemeter has never worked nor has my check engine light I know that eventually i will have to go and get a diagnostic. i would like to know if anyone know what could be causing this problem.

Sounds like you need a fresh instrument cluster.. This one sounds very goofy.
