However, judging by what others have sold for lately, 2500 is a bit steep for one not running.

2500, no way. I got a mint example with 1/3 the miles that just needs injectors ( I'm doing other stuff for the hell of it) for 3k. It's worth it to just wait for a low mileage one to pop up.
