....or the well known "following too close" maneuver..., just kidding..

OP: break your piggy bank and find yourself a manual 2006 350Z with a disgruntled owner. They are getting their engines replaced with a brand new hand built version by Nissan for free (if still under warranty). Because of abnormal oil consumption. Dont ask me how I know....

Guess it's time for the story, huh?? So I was driving along and saw a friend on the side of the road on the phone waving at me, or so I though. So I beeped the horn and kept going, but as I kept going I was curious to know if it was my friend or not so I basically found myself staring into the rear view mirror, looked up, light was red and traffic was already starting to cross. Locked up the brakes for about 15ft or so and slammed an '07 Altima right between the doors. Thank god the other driver was ok, just some bruises from the airbags and impact. Oh and the slightly funny part. The guy on the side of the road wasnt my friend

I'll tell you what, if any of you guys have families and are looking for a safe a$$ car, pick up an Altima. It basically was like hitting a wall for me, and her husband drove it home!! Here's a pic:

As of right now, I'm not looking to part out the car. I have a friend that lives around the corner that may be buying from me, so I'm going to see what happens with that first. Top priority for me right now is to get a car, then I'll start worrying about what to do with this one. I will keep you guys updated though if I start to sell

Haha yea amazingly. I was actually looking at those yesterday wodering how they didn't get destroyed. One of them seems like it might be a little hard to get out becuase the bumper is semi-folded around it, but it would be do-able hahah

I honestly cringed a little bit after seeing the pic. But its cool to see you were ok. This reminds me of my accident a little bit...Volvo drove to the library as they planned...A truly sad day

I'm sorry to hear that man, good luck with your desired new car. Reminds me of the time when I was riding my bike and being the dork that I am, was trying to figure out where the sun would be on the other side of the Earth at midnight. I finally agree on an angle and look up BAM! I ran into a parked car lol. Audi s4, didnt even scratch it from what I saw because the handle bar hit the tail ligiht, and it threw me off the bike doing a push up kind of fall. I was fine and it was kinda scary, but all was well so i just laughed.
