Z32 26mm brakes & tein HE's

I'm going with 16x7.5 kosei k1's with a 225 tire.

I know the k1's clear the z32 brakes so that's not a problem. With HE's you need a offset less than +38 according to their webpage which is also not a problem.

I am stuck on deciding the best offset, I have decided on either a +32 with 1/4" (6mm) spacer making is a +26 or going with the next lower wheel offset which I believe comes in a +27 or +28 and just running it like that or maybe a 1/8" spacer.

What do you guys recommend?

Also what profile tire with the 225's?

I'd get the lower offset and NOT run a spacer. Just my opinion though. Oh, and according to Tein, you need AT most a +38mm offset for a 6.5" wide wheel. So, with a 7.5" wheel, a +32 or lower would be acceptable.
