Not that i'm a newbie owner. I bought one late 07/ early 08 (i cant remember)

Anyway, that's not important. I've been wanting to drop my coupe for a while now, however everytime I see pics posted of dropped coupes, i see no difference in height.... Does it take a long time for the coils to break in? And if so, can anyone who has 19" wheels + a dropkit post a pic please?

And if not, are all the dropkits for the coupe not that big of a drop? I want atleast the height of a 350z and then some..not brushing against the floor, but you know...a little lower than a stock 350z.

my friend who drives the 350z told me that it felt like he was on a suv driving my stock altima cuz it was so high up...

Not sure if you guys can tell the height difference in these photos but this is my altima and a friends 350z

Haha you arent going to get anywhere near the height of the z...

Your friend is right, the stock height is feels like a 4 by 4 off road suv.

The eibachs are just springs and they drop the car 1.4 inches in the front and 1 inch in the back. The cost is about 200$.

There are coilovers out but they cost about 800$ and have gotten pretty crappy reviews. Majority of the forum is rocking the eibachs.

the car looks better and handles better with this upgrade.

I sat in a 350z couple days ago for the first time. Yeah... compared to A/C.... sitting in 350z felt almost like laying down~ Those seats are very close to the floor... so I'm thinking no matter how much you drop your A/C.. it's still gonna feel higher

Dang Brian,...that's the second thread I've seen where people are putting very "generic" titles...

woops my bad. does anyone know if there are any other companys that want to make (lower) dropkits? Maybe I'll just cut the springs...(kidding)Or maybe I'll put the eibachs on a really really heavy car and have it compress the springs to the max....(partially kidding)
