Another M with Megan mufflers!!

Had to change the mufflers on the M. The one on the driver side broke at the flange that bolts on to the mid pipe. It looks like the welding at the base of the flange is the weak point. Also notice that the muffler on the passenger side was on its way out as well. Car is not from the north east so salt is not a factor. I guess normal wear and tear. At 92k miles it was time.. on this nest one you can see through the welding. and a shot of the old and the new. . And a shot of the M's little brother much faster and fun to drive my 06 G35 coupe 6 speed manual transmission.

If those mufflers are trash, remove and polish those tips and you can sell them on here to a member who might need one, two or maybe all!!

What happen to the mid-pipe?

That will be my next projectect. I will be looking for a Y pipe and mid pipe. Wasn't really looking to do the mufflers yet but had no choice.
