pretty much took a 10mph turn at 60......didnt even see it and not enough reaction time to steer away or even slamn on brakes...Plowed right through a chain link fence in which the fence was Over my car with a lot of pressure in which we tried lifting it but didnt have enough strength.

Went to walmart(it was 11pm at night) and bought a bolt cutter and thanks to that we can cut the fence!Did that removed everything and then tried reversing again, but didnt budge so moved it in first gear and we found a pole slight raised up stopping the car....so we got that out and the car came back and there were no problems whatsoever internally or suspension wise.only damage was hood, corners, sidemirror, and the TOP of the Car where the fence was pressurizing on top of it..

anyways car was fine other then exterior damage, so i went to do more drifting and came back home.........

It sucks cuz it was a real clean kouki......oh well...ill prob have to pick up another pearl white hood and s***.

yeah go ahead and commit insurance fraud.

Be part of the solution and not part of the problem, pay to get it fix, don't swindle the insurance and cause other peoples rates to increase as well.

OP, hope your not planning on getting another one. I dont want to hear of you driving like a crazy person and ruining another s14. You know there are signs telling you the suggested speed of a curve or turn comming. O but wait you probably couldnt see those signs because you were carrying too much speed through the last curve.... Keep the drifting at the track, you are in CA for christs sake, you cant find a legal drift event to go to????

SLOW THE HELL DOWN. I mean we all abuse the road and the laws sometimes, but, before a turn like that there are signs warning you of the severity of the turn.

Whats the point of having a road sign?Answer is to save you lots of money and trouble when stuff like this happens.Well, I hope this would be the last time you tried something stupid like this cause next time someone might get hurt.

The point of the road sign is to tell you the suggested speed of the curve so that you know not to go 60 into a turn that you should have slowed to 25 or slower. What have you not been driving long, they are in every curve I have ever seen.

I already did, between the idiot drift fan boys on here, and the level of idiocy I was seeing at the last two events I went to, I have decided I dont want to be affiliated with the level of fail I see in peoples cars and the fail that comes out of their mouths. It is a real shame, because before Tokyo Drift, the people drifting were real enthusiasts, and the ratio wasnt 100 fanboys per 1 enthusiast as I see nowadays.

now, now. no need to go calling anyone a utensil used for cleaning out Vagina's. thats just mean.

I feel bad for people who are in areas with a bunch of fan boys, spoiling your image as drifters.

Nonetheless, atleast he did this at night, and no one could see his Failure.....self respect, even fan boys have it.

First mistake was "drifting" on a road you dont know. I mean i dont even race through canyons unless ive driven them quite a few times. Then to turn around and just go drift them?? Not to mention 60 on a 10mph turn you obviously had enough time to pull some speed how did you not notice the turn? Either way you look at this its your own bad and hopfully a lesson learned. I speak from experience i went in a canyon with bad tires and slid out into a cliff. Lessons like that have me focused on staying on a track with good parts and maybe an occasional empty parking lot.

dude who the heck said i was drifting even close to when i crashed.i was on a "run" spirited driving....NO DRIFTING AT ALL...and there was no sign cuz the SIGN was knocked over.good thing is it was on a closed road so NO Other person is close.

i went drifting AFTER cuz my car was already banged up...but everything engine and suspension wise was totally fine...in fact i was able to drift better....

and i normally take it to the track....it was a birthday run =p

yesterday i took it to work and buffed most of the scratches out.looks pretty great actually. its just that when u put ur eye really close u can see it.only damage is passenger fender and little dent in hood....jdm foglight drivers side got broken but everything else is fine....bumper i was gonna replace anyway.....and right now money is growing on trees so thats what is helping me with me emoness....

Don't know about anyone else, but, this is where I originally got the idea that he may have been drifting. But, I suppose I read to well??? Get your facts straight, and then decide what you were doing when you crashed. I could care less how it happened, but, glad your ok and hope you learned your lesson, although, dont defend that you said you werent drifting, when you already said...

The word "more" is where I got the idea that he was doing this when he crashed. The word "drifting" is where I got the idea that this was what he was doing. Plain old regular american english, well, unless something has changed.

Hope this has cleared u up OP as to why most people believe that you were drifting when you rather instead had spiritedly drove into the accident.

Watch out on this site theres alot of Undercover NICO PD officers that like to pick and pull apart anything u say and make it into something its not.HAHAHA Depending on the crash it may have felt like you went from sprited driving to drifting. That s*** almost happened to me driving my friends s14, was going into like a 90 degree turn off a straight road, I just threw it down into 2nd and shift locked it for the turn. Hella crazy almost wrecked with his drunk a** in the backseat sayin "drive it like you stole it", but his gf in pass seat telling me "No don't". Was a great night all in all for me, but that sucks for you. Don't let some people dicourage you with the bulls*** that spwes from their mouths. Are you gonna fix it or sell it?

And BTW, I didnt overanalyze anything, I read exactly what was posted and directly read that he went back and did more drifting. Hence he was drifting when he crashed. Just reading the plain english in front of me. He should have known to type in there that he wasnt drifting and that he was driving spiritedly. He was flamed because of his own actions and ish happens, but, when and if things like this happen to me, I dont brag about it. And for some reason, that tends to save face.
