so She has been acting like a bit*h for a while now. I woke up this morning with a bad hangover, but the determination to make it breath life!!!! I changed the head and voalla. Fired up on the 3rd try. I am very happy. I changed my slave cylinder out while this car has been sitting and now my clutch wont DISengauge. I am confused. I have a brand new master cylinder, but I dont think that is the problem. This motor that is in my car SMOKES very bad. I dont care too much cause it runs now. But I am not too sure how long it is gonna last! Hopefully until january till I can afford a forged internal rebuild kit! I have nt been able to take it for a ride but She starts up and I am very happy!!! I was inches from quitting.

Yeah I bled the system. The slave pin is moving but it looks like it dont come back far enough. I have a new master cylinder. I am gonna order a new slave and install. I am hoping the slave is jacked and not the fork or pressure plate. I have been thinking tho if the pedal is working and slave is working then its gotta be the fork or pressure plate! I hope not!

it could just be a small leak in the slave only under pressure. Replace it and hopefully it works. You could try the gravity bleed method.. which you open up the bleeder screw and tip a bottle of brake fluid upside down in the resivor to feed it.. and leave it there for an hour or so. :D

Glad your stickin with the ka-t!

I will go put a bottle in there right now, but I am thinking about my luck with this car and I am sure somthing is broken and will require the tranz being dropped! Oh well atleast she runs!!!

gravity bleed didnt work. although the pedal is softer and the car moved a little bit better. I am thinking I need to bleed the piss outta it. I gotta go to work now tho!
