Odd place for the O2 sensor, or is that your EGT?? Looks nice though...You might want to put in some cuts inbetween the exhaust runners. So the manifold can expand and retract. I've seen alot crack without some room to expand. It may take awhile, but it will.

Looks great! How much of your front bumper did you have to cut to get that intercooler to fit. I've been looking at mine, and it looks like if you don't cut any of it, you can only fit a tiny intercooler.

Just wondering how you like that JGS intercooler. Is that one of their Starion style intercoolers? I'm thinking of getting one for my setup, but I was just wondering about the quality and fitment.

the K27 is a big turbo its the 911 turbo upgrade, also its suspose to be bigger then a t4 or about the same size, i was going to get a KKK turbo but im kinda leaning towards the IHI turbos now

what you guys see is the end results of the first day of fabricating. wastegate still has to be plumbed into downpipe. fuel pump and f.m.u. still have to go in. the down pipe actually is welded into the rear half of the factory one that bolts right up to the cat in its stock location(when i get home il will post those pics)will also post more pics as i go along. it should be done by this weekend. Oh yea, the front bumper was not cut and the lip spoiler wasnt on in the pics. it actually hides the bottom edge from view. Thanks for all the response!

more to come

the downpipe is regular exhaust steel stock. I still have to get that and the manifold thermal coated. All other pipes will be powder coated.

I should have more pics to post of the progress in the next day or so.

where did you get the kkk from, a porshe dealership? I know konig used them in their twin turbo F50 but they don't seem to be readily available to most tuners.

How did you get it for $325, their website says $399. Was it a sale, or can you still get them for that price?
