so just came back from a 1 month vacation thursday night. picked up my car from my uncles place (started it every now and then). drove it back home, about almost 2 hr drive, and it was driving fine throughout the trip. CEL turned on about 1.5 hr into the trip but i just let it because i assumed its my EGR and Knock Sensor again. then morning came, went out, tried to start the car and it starts normally but bogs/sputters soon right after (when the revs go down to idle) till the engine dies. tried giving it gas and it just makes the engine bog/sputter. idk what this could be. my fuel warning light just came on earlier when i tried it again idk if this could be the problem. i checked the codes and it only showed codes 32 and 34 as i suspected. i smelled gas the last couple of tries. going to check my spark plugs tomorrow as i havent had time to do it. maybe anyone knows whats causing this. i only left it overnight...

thanks in advance

Check your fuel pressure and your maf sensor.

Without a volt/ ohm meter at least, it is going to tough to diagnose anything.Go get you one, they are not that expensive for a basic one. You might try tapping on the maf sensor and wiggle the wiring connectors and see if it changes anything. Also make sure you dont have any air leaks between mafs and the throttle body.

i checked vaccum lines near the front and near the egr theyre all fine. cleaned the MAFS with air tried it and nothing changed. unplugged the MAFS tried it twice and the only difference i noticed was that it last just a sec or so longer then it would die out again. unplugged the TPS and no difference neither. gassing it doesnt help, it just bogs down more.

okay i thought i fixed it. i couldnt contact the guy so i looked up more online and i cleaned the PAIR valve, changed fuel filter, added gas since it was a little low but light wasnt on yet, was going to clean th AICV but hard to get to. so after those it ran normal again. then i installed the central lock and alarm i bought during my vacation. then tested it and it was fine. closed up up all connections, wrapped some parts of the wires with electrical tape and and worked for days fine. then yesterday after days of rain i drove to LA and along the way i noticed that my central lock wont work and it was stuck on unlock (i cant even lock my doors by hand) although it did work before i left the house. so i headed back home because i didnt want to be leaving my car unlocked in LA streets. and on my way back all of the sudden a sort of similar symptom from my old problem came back. the car was running but the rpms were bouncing and even more violently when on the gas. it bounced down 'til it completely died, enough for me to get to the side of the freeway:cry: . im about to check the central lock but i checked the wires in the kick panel and i dont see where it could be shorting. im thinking either its shorting (but how could it be relevant to my car dieing, OR my fuel pump is giving out? what do you guys think?

sorry for the long story, just trying to be specific for info. thanks in advance!
