I will have my 96 KA-T finished this week. The car only has 32,000 miles on it, and has been taken great car for. The engine is untouched and its the same as it was straight from the factory.

Here's what all has been done:T3 Super 60 turbo, .48 ARCustom Manifold/ and 3 inch DPSAFC2300ZX 370CC injectorsWALBRO 255FMIC 26x2.5x122.5 inch IC pipingCustom 3 inch exhaust, no restrictionsVacuum lines and egr components removed

How does that sound, I will post pics Friday.

Also the Vacuum line that goes from the AAC Valve back up to the stock intake hose, does everyone still run that into their intake piping?

What type of power do ya'll think this setup is going to yeild? Also fell free to comment.

We removed all of the vac lines that run through the intake manifold, onlylaft lines for the fpr, iaac, boost gauge, and wastegate hooked up. We also removed the emmission components, no sense in blowing hot air back into the motor.

We built the T3 ourselves it also has a lightened compessor wheel, and a polished turbonetics super 60 housing, it spools up almost as if it were had bb's we have a few more that we built it will probably be running twins t3's by the end of June, I will post up pics.

How can you get rid of the EGR system and not have the ecu throw a code or idle rough?

i just had to say that the reason the EGR is there is to reduce the flame in the combustion chamber (cant spell) to reduce the temperature, in which reduces NOX emissions only works when the throttle is open less than %80 when ur cruzin and not at idle or WOT supposedly it helps keep the engine cooler

As long as the ECU is not the CA version I'm pretty sure you won't get a code. ON the CA version u need to fool the EGR temp sensor.
