What its doing- The car will sit at perfect temp until i drive, then after 5-10 minutes of driving the temp will spike to the top and wont come down till i turn off the car and let it sit for 10-15 minutes... every time this happens there will be more air in the system then when i burped it the many times prior.

To make this easier lest start with what i have done so far

-new koyRad
-new water pump
-new thermostat ( holes drilled at 6, 12, and 3) seems excessive, but Ive read to do that on here
-new electric fans w/ shroud

so i have burped this thing every way i could think of
-front jacked
-funnel fill
-front jacked w/ funnel
-using the bleed screw
-running the heat on high
-getting it to operating temperature then letting it cool

so I've been working on this for 2-3 days now and I can't figure out how this thing is still getting air. It's really frustrating. I should note that the cabin heat is very weak. There isnt a drop of water coming for anywhere, no smoke, and the oil is pristine.
Ive searched and tried it all,any help will be awesome.

If you are loosing coolant it has to be going somewhere. I would guess out the tailpipe especially if you are overheating as well. Head Gasket failures and cracks in general can be tricky to diagnose. Have you pressure tested the cooling system or checked the antifreeze for exhaust gasses? That's probably where I would start.

well i haven't seen anything coming out of the tail pipe and when i drained it the first time it looked perfect. I should also note i replaced the radiator cap as well. Is the coolant system pressure suposed to be about 13-16 psi?
