another gas smell problem.

i noticed that i start to smell gas inside the cabin, usually going almost full throttle over 3.5 rpm's. usually when i drive it 'hard' it starts to smell like gas throught the cabin. no leaks, and i think there isnt* any drop in fuel level...any ideas help please?

Check your fuel lines and injectors for leaks. I have leaky injectors and mine smells like gas all the time.

agreed, that's what happened to my car as well... external leak @ the #3 fuel injector... w/ it's age, i just replaced them all...

if you're goin to put it off, <not recommended; get em changed ASAP> carry a fire extinguisher, rated ABC

The dealer will rape you in cost, try an aftermarket set. Dont go over kill, like buying some huge CC injectors. It wont do you any good unless you have the fuel pump and other parts to back it up.Do some research, talk to several places that sell injectors for your car.

i got some bosch injectors and they have been runing great ever since.

If it's really bad its probably the hoses behind and above the intake manifold.

Mine was squirting scary amounts of gas all over the engine.

there's this great online retailer http://www.autopartsgiant.com based in CA; python or now have somethin cheaper... they will price-match if u find it cheaper elsewhere
