Just curious if for instance w/ 370cc injectors you could use both a FPR like the Nismo unit to lower base pressure and a BEGI or Vortech unit to increase boost dependent fuel as an alternative to hacked mafs, SAFC, etc?

yeah you can, but with the 370s it will idle like ****. why not just run stock injectors?

I was thinking this way so that you could push the 370's to their max hp if needed. Say for instance if I upped the boost, then I could just increase the max base fuel pressure and/or adjust the begi unit to provide the addl fuel needs? I may be missing something, but I just never saw this way discussed.

If you lower the fuel pressure, the flow pattern will suffer.

And without an upgraded MAF, you'll max it at ~235rwhp, which you can make with an FMU.

Hacking the MAF extends the HP range to about ~255rwhp, and compensates for the injectors.
