my buddy works at an exhaust shop out in ocala and we had this discussion for awhile about what size to run, back pressure, sound etc.
i ended up running, header, 18" resonator, and 2.25" piping all the way back to my can, she sounds great! nice low tone til you get into about 5k rpms, then it SCREAMS. i love it, running 2.25 keeps your back pressure, while being signifigantly louder than stock but still keeping the nice mean low tone.
so incase my retarded rambling confused you, run 2.25" with a resonator and a can and your all set! (make sure its a good can tho)
post up a vid once you get her done!
