I was on my way home tonight and got stuck behind a grand ma. She was braking for a yellow and I was able to squeeze into the next lane. And I take off at the light leaving her behind. So I’m like finally I can cruse home and change lanes to pass the guy in front of me. I look in my rear view too see this Lincoln riding my *** with hi beams.

As soon as I pass this other guy I change lanes and the a$shole freaking throws something at me. Lucky it hit the window and didn't break anything. I was like WTF.

I was so tempted to get on his side and toss the brake pads I just bought right back at him. What is with TN this is like the 4th time I’ve had some crazy issue with people on the road.

I have live in MA for 23 year and just moved here. And I must say I like driving in Boston better then here sometimes. At least in mass the most we do is yell at each other I have never seen anyone this nuts yet.

Anyone else got some crazy stories like this?

I was driving home and the exit ramp becomes an enterance ramp so you have to get over to drive on the interstate. This guy in a green Blazer nearly runs me down, so I slow down. The guy gets in the other lane and we start to yell. He tries to merge into my lane and had he done that would have taken out my front quarter panel. I immediately pull over to the shoulder of the road and the guy pulls over getting ready to jump out. I just take off. Good thing for both of us, becaue I could have blasted him as he walked up to my car.

Rule #1Dont ever get out of your car, no matter how pissed you are.Rule #2 Always carry when you are in the car.Rule #3Your car is not a weapon, you are not the judge and executioner. If someone has wronged you, just yell at him/her and go on with your life.

no doubt on the long trip. Best to avoid trouble, but if trouble comes counter with good trouble for them! That may or may not involve a broom handle, blowtorch, blindfold and a box of popsicles.

i got a story

so after a late night run to ralphs im heading home with my friend, whos driving. we take the back way with about 10 stop signs before we hit the main streets again with lights. so its like 2/3am in the morning and we're driving like 25/30mph in a residential, normal speed right ? well, apparently not to some mofos. they were tailgating us for about 3 stop signs, they were so close my friend couldnt even see their headlights. then all of a sudden they cut into the other lane and cut us off while running the rest of the stop signs until they hit the red light

so then now me and my friend are behind this guy... we start flashing our high beams... like a lot. as if it was a strobe light haha. he takes off when the light goes green... we happen to be going the same way, but much slower. we later see them pulled over for some reason. we just continue going home

as we're coming up the street where my friend lives we're about to turn into the drive way when at the end of the street we hear screeching tires and high beams flashing. we were like... WTF ?! and we just took off. they followed us as we went around 3 blocks... then to the police station... we stayed there for about 20 minutes before we went home again

thought i was gonna die or something -_-

the fist hick driver i met in TN did follow me home and drive up my 600 foot driveway and found out dad had a gun. I think he will think twice about following ppl home. and this case was one where i road his but(with no HI beams) cause he was doing 10 under the limit then like 30 seconds later i passed him. then he proceds to follow me doing 70 in a 45 and ride my ***. people here are ****ing wacko.

ewww you're in CA too, pretty hard to legally carry a firearm:(

I'm never moving to California, say what you want about the south, but we can protect ourselves with deadly force if the situation comes without so much damn trouble (should be that way in the whole ****in' world, look at Britain, ****in' hooligans everywhere!) Perhaps you should move? Granted Cali has teh honeys, but from what I've seen, Atlanta sure as hell isn't bad, nor is Nashville for the most part.

Tennessee is what is called a Shall Issue state. Meaning you take a CCW course, pay the fee, pass the background check, they send you the permit and you pack. Are there people that shouldn't be carrying, yes, but there's a hell of a lot more that should be.

oh, we have a bunch of emissions exempt counties too:D

Never been followed, I dont think... my memory is foggy. But if someone were chasing after me, I'd drive toward a police station.

Most drivers are jerks. They'll stop to give you the finger, but they wont stop to help with a flat. They'll slow down to stare at your accident, but they won't slow down to let you merge.

That’s for sure. I've stop for peeps on the side of the road when I wasn't in a rush. Because I'm one of the few people I know that always have my tools on me complete with an emergency fan belt. My littlie tool set fits perfectly behind my driver’s seat and stays there because the 240sx is a 2 seater with a nice storage shelf in the back.

I was on my way home from seeing the village this afternoon, and I was at a stop light. This ******* in a bronco was next to me (he has just cut off abunch of people 10 seconds earlier)

The light turns green and I go like normal, the ******* starts to try and race me, hes ahead of course being that I wasn't racing, he pulls ahead of me and sticks his arm out the window and does a jacking off motion... I was pissed off at that moron, too bad he turned at the next light...

I've never been followed... I hope I don't have to deal with that...

i jus got off work, my g/f was there too, i was gonna spen the night at her house, were driving home, shes behind me, in the next lane, this douche in a eclipse starts riding her *** like noones buisness when he could easily change lanes and pass us both, she calls me and tells me, she brake checks me, catches back up to me, closes the gap so were almost side by side, he goes over into the oncoming traffic lane, speeds up, gets into her lane, if she hadnt of put on her brakes, he wouldve hit her, speeds up past me, i speed up, get behind him, flash my brights liek its a regular fireworks show, and ride his *** all the way up to the light, he gets in the turn lane, stops at the light, we exchange a couple dozen "friendly" words and off he goes...

I hate it when some jerk spouts off but when you pull over he is too chicken **** too act on it. Some guy the other day just couldn't resist yelling at me, I ignored it because I was enjoying the AC ride but finally turned to him and shoved my middle finger up nose and rolled my window down and gave it back at him. I told him I am going to beat his *** and to follow me, the big shot gets behind me (he can't back out now cuz his girl is in the car). He follows me and I look up in my rear view mirror and he is gone and I'm like WTF!! I wip it around and find his car parked at the front of a store with no one in it....what a biitch!!

Again, a few weeks back I go to Wally World after a wedding and as I am finding a spot to park some guy heading in the other direction thought I got to close to his car and mouthed off. Whatever get over and get on with it.....no he slows down and won't shut up, I get out and walk up to his car and tell him if he is serious to get out, the biitch mumbles and leaves.

On my way out another guy apparently saw what happened and was waiting on me, my brother went out first and as I walk up two of them are talking **** to him. I'm like WTF is going on tonight...I walk up and ask what the fukcing problem is and either do something or leave. They just won't shut up...I take my shirt off and yell pretty loud 2 inches from his face "YOU DON'T KNOW ME BIITCH" their girls had enough sense to know I was serious and my brother knows when I get like that I won't back down so we are ready to rumble. Their girls pleaded more and the biitches got in their car and left.

A lot of people mouth off and they need to realize the receivers may hold a lot of angst and are just looking for an excuse to release it on someone!!!

Man... people are jerks. Which reminds me of a story from 4 years back:

I was driving a Mazda 929 with 3 of my friends, we were going up north to get something to eat. Was late, about 3am.

This guy in a white early 90s 5.0L Mustang convertible comes roaring out of a parking lot, tires spinning, smoke everywhere. He them proceeds to ram me and push me into the oncoming lane (which was empty anyway).

I got to the end of the street, made a U-turn, but he came around the other side and cut me off. Then he tried to crawl into the passenger side window. He got halfway in but my friend beat him with a large flashlight a few times and he backed out.

I backed up and continued going north, going pretty fast. He caught up easily and continued trying to ram into me. I drove into a quiet neighborhood, he was close behind. I drove over a few yards and tore up some grass and got out. He briefly got stuck spinning his tires on a wet lawn and I thought I lost him.

But nope! He came alongside then drove his car on to a hill on the right side of the road. He finally backed off and went away.

The entire duration of this ordeal I was on the phone with 911 and IT TOOK THEM FOREVER to send someone. The 911 dispatcher asked me to park behind a Zips drive-through and wait. An officer approached and I told him the story.

Apparently the guy was drunk off his ***. In retrospect, I could have pulled over and the four of us could have bloodied him up, but then I'd be guilty of assault.
