Another cold related problem

Hi. I searched and found no clues so here it is.

2000 Maxima SE, auto, 133k miles. New MAF and reprogram 3 months ago. New coils and plugs 6 months ago.

Anyway, now that its been cold here in TN my car will start and idle fine. I let it warm for a minute or two. When I put it drive to go it will get to about 1200 or 1400 RPM and hesitate, sputter what ever till it gets to around 2000 RPM (maybe less) and be OK. After 2 miles or so its fine.

Any help is appreciated.

Possibly some time of vacuum leak? I'm not quite sure to tell you the truth.
