i know there are many threads about coil overs for s14's, the reason i am posting is that i could not figure out what i should do from my hours of searching the threads. My car is a 1996 240sx SE, it is stock except for some bolt-ons, for now....The car will get a 5-speed swap this year, the ka24 will get a turbo installed next year. my budget will allow me to spend about $1800 on suspension and wheels this summer. The problem is that i need some coil overs which will provide me with some comfort because this will be my daily driver, and will be good enough to do some drag runs, and some road racing. i am planning on putting down between 300-350 HP when i'm done with the turbo, can someone give me some advice on what coil overs would be the best for me, i'm not really into playing with the coil overs, but want the height adjustability.

TEIN Basics or Tanabe Sustec S-OC Type II if you want a quality and affordable height adjustment only Coilover.

Incase you have coilovers like Tein Basics or Tanabe Sustec S-OC Type II , you will need either optional Upper Pillow Ball Mounts or Camber Bolts. Camber Bolts will also work on your Spring/Shock combo.

yea man i second that with slappy. i wanted the same for my car and i went with tein basics and threw some pillow ball mounts on there and they are great.also, i myself don't know much about kts' but i've heard from people who have had experience with them that they are a good mild coilover as well. whatever you end up with i'm sure you won't be disappointed.
