That makes me wanna Cry... I love seeing old cars on the road... Cars from the early 90's and late 80's...

I hate this program...

My mom says to me today... hey can we trade in the Jeep and get the cash for clunkers... Im like Ma... What do you want to make me cry.... That jeep is my baby and I will never get rid of it!

My daughter could use one of those traded in clunkers. She does not work and he's laid off. Their POS neon is broken down again with it requiring about $1500 to fix (it's worth about 1100 via KBB). They have no money as unemployment is covering some of the bills at the most. Just like UH this initiative fails the ones who really could be helped.......Of course, if she had listened to me they would not be in this situation in the first place so hopefully the school of hard knocks will teach them something. Unfortunately, I find that doubtful.

Consider the money that would need to be spent to bring an 80s Maserati into good working order. $3500 trade-in is a huge cost savings.
