I see most everyone is using the BrakeMotive set off of eBay. I'm assuming this is the correct kit, though the title only says G models:

To be honest I'm a little more comfortable using parts from Tire Rack than stuff bought off of eBay. But everything at Tire Rack is just too expensive except this one kit:

Has anyone tried this? Is the BrakeMotive better?

As a reference, I don't have a problem with the OEM brakes. The front rotors lasted me 180,000 miles and the back ones are still good. It doesn't stop as fast as the M37 or (God forbid) G37 loaners I've gotten, but it stops faster than anything else I've ever owned. But I don't want to pay $560 for a brake job on an 11 year old car with 180K miles on it.

I've installed 2 BrakeMotive sets - here is the one I found: http://www.ebay.com/itm/FRONT-REAR-DRIL ... 43db163155

I went with those same hawk sector 27 rotors but I got mine from autoanything.com and I went with Wagner oex brake pads from our local O'Reillys. I've installed those pads on a number of customers cars and they're very good. Very, very good. Now, combined with the sector 27 rotors they're simply perfect. My 4000lb m35x stops better than my 3200lb 350z track model with the big brembos. And it stops perfectly. No squeals like you get from other high performance pads. They're not grabby or bitey. They work exactly like stock just way better. Hope this helps and isn't too late. I'm extremely happy with this setup. I did all 4 brakes though.

Not too late, and thanks.
