Another blower motor issue..

Hey guys,
I will begin with saying.. I have searched this forum and many others,along with a few endless nights of chasing pinout's. My issue seems to be my blower motor? The car is a 2007 grand touring Z. Sometime's my motor will come ( when i first start the car). Then sometimes it will come on after going WOT. Sometimes it will come on randomly under normal driving conditions. I have checked the two 15amp fuses labeled "blower" in the kick panel box. they both checked out. When the motor is activated(randomly), all the controls work properly. What am I missing guys? Has anyone ran into a similar issue? All support is greatly appreciated!!

Any other mods on your car that might be draining current away? What about a short causing intermittent power?

Had a friend that had a slipping belt on a water pump that caused his engine temp to skyrocket, and it was by sheer luck he caught it, under normal observation it looked like everything was ok until he actually saw the belt slip when he was under the hood one day.
