another bad idle thread yes. and im sorry.but help

goddamn. i love my sr but its finnicky right now. anyway. lets see it starts up fine but after driving it around for awhile it wamrs up and when im still it will idle fine at 750ish but then it goes down to 650ish and jumps all around lower 600s. it drives fine. it spits out codes when im driving but their really crazy. so should i even pay atention to the codes while the car is in motion? cause it doesnt give codes when it is still. not even when i give it gas. it rides fine otherwise its just that funny jump around. should i reset the ecu and see what it spits out? help me im going crazy!! also need help understanding the codes.
