anyone here know of http://www.japan-partner.com. and also is fast 4 wheels still reputable. last i checked a few years ago it seemed they were legit

legit for what? A locksmith is legit but I wouldn't want him messing with the cable hookup. IF you mean to import check the list.http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/...7.htm
