Ok, I've tried searching but wasn't able to find my answer. On a 5 lug swap ofcourse I'll need new rotors. Well oem, 5 lug, non abs rotors for 240's, be compatible with my S13 non abs calipers? (hope that makes sense) I need new rotors anyways and after buying the 5 lug parts I'm not gonna have much left over.

at least for the front, im pretty sure that you need R32, Z32, or 14 k's front calipers to bolt onto the five lug hub. and use the respective rotor size.

I'm not sure about Z32 hubs with uprights, but if you have the bolt on s14 type hubs, then non abs rotors will work for non abs s13. I'd also recommend changing/upgrading brake pads. Bleeding your brakes would also be a good idea while you have your wheels off. And if you're really ambitious, ss braided lines and new/rebuilt calipers if yours aren't in such great shape.

I know for a fact that S14 rotors will work perfectly with the rear 5 lug swap, the front I'm not 100% because Im not actually running them on the front, but why not just (do like me) go with early 90's 300ZX Twin Turbo calipers and breaks for the front, and stick to s14-5lug on the rear; pick up a set from http://www.rockauto.commay I suggest the master cyl too, and some break lines... I know its a bit on the pricey side if you add it all up, but how important are breaks at 100mph down a hill making turns. But then I drive it like I stole it and my hair is on fire

If you search, you'll find that fronts work just fine. Its the rear that's dependent on what type of hub swap you're doing.

Like I said, bare minimum, get new rotors and quality pads and you'll be good for daily driving and the occasional autocross or track day. Unless you're planning on tracking the car heavily, which I'm doubting, you won't have to worry about brake fade or anything. Stock calipers are fine.
