well, i finally got the lm-1 to work in my car tonight. Super 57 t04e trim with .63 and stage 3 exhaust wheel i was able to max the 370s out with only 4psi. is that about right?!?!

100% duty cycle, and its lean still. my a/f on the lm-1 is at 14.0-15.0, wot egt@1400-1450f. thats lean!

how do some of you guys run 7-10psi of boost with the 370s? how small is the turbo?

looks like i have to finish up my aluminum fuel rail and put in my 550cc this weekend.

something doesnt seem right with that. i thought the stockers could take 4 or 5 psi before 100%, and the 370's would carry to 8? might want to check your fuel pressure. what pump are you running?

Are you absolutely sure you got 370cc because they sound allot like stock 270cc’s which max out at exactly 4-5psi.In the e-manage did you plot the old and new injector size?

it is clear that you are running lean, and the injectors shouldn't be a problem.

The thing that comes to mind will be your boost gauge is not working properly, a leak in the line...

can you describe how you control boost, what wastegate/spring/Vacuum lines...

Another thing, do you have a fuel pressure gauges? If not, get one!Perhaps you have a restriction in the fuel lines, clogged fuel filter, clogged injectors…

Well doesn’t leave too many options…Either its your wiring…which is unlikely

Or the e-manage unit not functioning correctly…try to mess around with the fuel map…add like 20-30% more fuel see if things change…

Man…this is really strange...:(

what happened to virus77's posts?

So i decided to reset the emanage by giving the main unit a new profile, and i am still not able to adjust the fuel map. The A/F still showing 14.8ish no matter what did to the fuel map. But i did get my A/F down to 11.5-12 by changing 270cc to 300cc. i figure the smaller the number you input the richer it gets through out the whole factory fuel curve. Now i have to go check on my wiring from my emange to the ecu.

now this is what mine looks like

Yes, the injector ground is directly below inj. 4. I think its a B/R wire.
