Well it's the worst thing ever. I was rear ended by a guy that was drinking. I was sitting still waiting for the car in front to turn off. No one was hurt but my bumper is pushed in and my driver side quater pannel is pused in. The passenger quarter doesn't have a scratch. My back glass is fine also. 13000 miles never turboed.

The Sad thing is I dumped over 3,200 getting the engine built with all the forged goodies.

AMS RODS- I payed 550 when they fist came out. im still pissed at the price dropAMS TIMING SETARIAS PISTONS 2O OVERARP EVERYWHEREFELPRO COMPLETE KITH2O PUMPOIL PUMP AND COVERCLEVITE BEARINGSEMISSIONS DELETED

do what he says!take out your built motor and all your other goodies. get another shell andput it back together. if you have full coverage they will total it out. then you buy it back. buy a shell and put your motor in then part out the wrecked shell. if not then sue the dude and get what he owes you.

EDIT: also do you have any pictures of the damage?

If you aren't compensated through insurance, definitely sue for whatever you think it will take to replace the car, or replace with something of equal value.

I'm normally not litigious, but the drunk driver should have to fix what he dun' broke.

Dude what are you worried about? A drunk driver rear ends you. Payday awaits. Think longer term here.

You play your cards right and you'll be able to afford 4 cars of the same build level.
