Ive lost interest in the original subject. I would rather discuss automobiles.

LOL fair enough. But i really think posting pictures will be redundant. Have you EVER seen a black 2008 3.5 se coupe? yup looks JUST like that. Before you ask, yes its stock with a few visual mods. Altimas arent race cars therefore i dont need to add any power. Right tool for the right job, its a daily driver.

The European air of self-annointed superiority is strong with you. It likely puts off Canadians as well, unless you are in Quebec of course; they are just as caustic. Good luck with that delusion as the European dream burns in chaos on Germany's dime.

America is only a few steps behind of course so all you yanks watch and learn what's coming to our shores. The facts are already evident, but we are a bit better at distracting ourselves with trivialities than our our freinds across the pond. The street protests going on right now are mostly peaceful, but both the anarchists and the government would be served by rioting and violence so expect it soon.

My issue isnt really with your opinion of anonymous, its that you felt compelled to tell us about something with great excitement that was very old news. If they did not have internet access in your part of romania, then I apologize for my tone.

I have a feeling youll soon tell us about an interesting website called "myspace"

Jesda The news i posted about was not old, its posted on Nov 18. Quite current actually. So yes i was a TAD excited to see what you guys thought about this new "3 phase plan", sorry for feeling emotion?? The fact I hadnt heard about them sooner is irrelevant and if you dont enjoy following a topic that may have some old news. Your free to go elsewhere.

Scientist, like i said im in Calgary (not Romania, Jesda), People are VERY friendly and have welcomed me warmly, im getting along with friends an co workers great too. I myself do not have any dreams for Europe like you suggest either, and im quite aware of our own economy problems as well.

Im also wondering what it would be like to be "minty retarded" sounds like fun to me.

I think it's more a testament to Canadian character. Every one I have ever met has been genuinely nice and exceedingly patient. Living next to us "he look at how awesome we are!" types down south has made it necessary I think.

By non-Americans. American to American it's not appropriate for any state that was a part of the confederacy in the civil war. Some would be downright offended by it, most would just think the person who said it was dumb.

Don't be so culturally insensitive. :gapteeth:

Sorry i guess i should Wiki "yankee" more often. My apologies to the DEEP SOUTH! However i stand by my opinion stating that as soon as your outwitted you ALL ( north or south) Have the same initial reaction to ATTACK! Thats one thing ill never accept about your culture. This isnt ALL of Americans, just a generalization. Learn to fight with your brain, its more powerful than any weapon.

So you admit it's a blatant generalization that is not true of all Americans then assert that we all do this thing. Well, if we all do it when outwitted then I think we are safe from ourselves because you just bit your own tail. :lolling:

Look at this crowd of thoughtful dudes in France.

Canadians tend to be outwardly friendly, hard working, non-combative people.

You are noisy and excitable.

Im being really polite here, more than I ought to be.

lol i never said anywhere that Europe is a superior country, with no bad people or groups, riots and protests. Thats something that is shared world wide. The first time I said you all, it was followed by (north and south)... I said this so i was clear that it wasnt just the N or S that was doing it but both and the country as a whole. I then said it was a generalization towards the public and citizens as not all are ignorant and selfish but the ones who are can be found all over the North and South.

scientist, your a mod and ive already said to delete this thread once so if u dont want to delete it thats fine but have fun playing this game by yourself since nothing good is coming from it now. We can sit here and have a pissing match ALL day. I'm not into it. This isnt what i wanted

You don't tell me what to do guy. I'll add that to the list of glaringly obvious things you don't appear to understand. Again you advocate censorship. ANON is going to get you for that.

Since you are capitulating we will continue the discussion without you. We all see to be in agreement that Canadians are cool so who loves that bacon they make? Nomnom!

LightemUp: The overwhelming majority of us, including me, do not take issue with anyone's roots or home, or what they drive (well, except perhaps for a few specific young honda owners ;) ) but much of what you call personal attacks were nothing more than responses to the provacative and conflicting statements you made and your quickness to get defensive about them. Vigilantism is aleady one of those subjects that can spark strong opinions.

We may be from different countries, but at the end of the day, we're all still car enthusiasts. So please keep that in perspective.

And i wouldnt have it any other way. While you guys say i have gone overboard, you may want to look at yourselves aswell, because a few people are ONLY here to argue with me, they bring up no valid points and yes they HAVE personally attacked me. Dont really care either.

I asked 5 or 6 posts ago to delete it so im sorry you missed it, but it WAS said.

I also do not have issue with anyones place of residence, there are good and bad people from all walks of life. I made a statement on my opinion of your economy to try and bring light to some people who may not be as educated.(aka the guys who say how much they made this year) You guys arent really disagreeing with me on that either.

Never advocated censorship, simply asked you to close a thread that is just full of crap. Ive gotten the real responses i wanted from a few, and alot of great responses on other forums so the need for this thread is non existent now. You guys are just looking for every spelling mistake and weak point i leave in my post to rip on me, i have no issues backing myself up for hours on end, i simply have better things to do that argue with you over matters that are personal opinions and wont be changed (we've both made that clear)

This exact debate has been going on for hundreds of years in some form or another, its not gonna be solved here today thats for damn sure. Its a matter of opinion, we all have our own, and we can sit here arguing until the bandwidth runs out on ur server, nothing will be accomplished.

No, the proper saying is indeed "a grain of salt."

Your logic fails. Is sand a "grain"? No, not in the sense that wheat is a grain, but do we not refer to "grains of sand"?

It's not "grain assault". :rotfl

Let me guess - You've probably [mis]used the phrase, "For all intensive purposes" too, haven't you?

p.s. We don't delete threads. It's in the Terms of Service. ;) In all seriousness, welcome aboard.
