Annoying sound coming from the EGR

Hey guys, ok so when the car is running and is warmed up and everything it idles at about 1000, but it shakes.. not violently but enough. Also, it makes the most irritating High pitch sound, but it only makes it during vacuum. I'll rev it to about 3k and the sound starts to fade. so what I've done so far was install some EGR block off plates and remove some of the emissions, and so far the sound has only quieted. i was wondering if there was anything else i could do...
i'll post a pick of what the set up looks like.
