Annoying Noise

My 2004 350Z is making an annoying scraping noise in the front end. It seems to be located mostly on the right side. It starts as soon as I start it up in the morning and then gradually fades away. Had the brakes checked and they are ok although due to be changed in a few more thousand miles. The noise also goes faster and louder with the speed of the car. Then after about 10 minutes it goes away. The dealer blew me off as the noise when it first appeared did not do it for them. It has gradually gotten worse and of course my Z is now out of warrenty (past 36K).
