Annoying Exhaust Leak

Sup guysI installed S14 hotshot headers on my S13I have this annoying leak between my cat and where it looks up with my header

Yes I have searched and have some some research about itIve put two gaskets in between and sealer but that did nothing

Im kinda leaning toward getting two more gaskets and sealing all of them but I dont want to waste the money if it isnt going to do anything or if it isnt going to hold for a long time

What do you guys thinkRip the cat off and do something to fix it or just buy the two other gaskets?Also, are there any gaskets that are identical to the 240SX ones but thicker?

I got the same problem but its far from annoying. Its just a slight leak that you can barely feel when ur under there. I tried everything you said, but its no big deal now. Have u thought about getting the header welded to the cat?

figure out which of the two mating surfaces is bent. Fix the one that's bent and call it a day.

Ive thought about getting it welded but im going with a test pipe soon and im going KA-T sometime soon so i dont want the hassle of welding it, thats last resort, lol

You see, i dont even know if its because they are bent, I just dont know if its bent or if th header and the cat are just liek that

do you guys think buying two more gaskets might work?or just man the hell out of the cat so it can fit?
