Angel Eye Projector Lights 95-99 Infiniti I30

I found this great website where they are selling custom made Halo's for i30's. How tough would installation of these be? Does anyone else have them? And if so, do you have the HID kit?

Greatly appreciated. Yeah i think i might save the money and go with those smoked cefiro ones. The angel eyes are insanely expensive.
