So i bought the angel eye projector headlights off e-bay and they have a horrible cutoff and they arent sealed very well (moisture is getting inside already) and i want to change the LED's so they are brighter. any suggestions and how to adjust the lights properly, what to use to reseal them and how do i replace the angel eye LED?

not sure about the halos, but you can heat the lights up in the oven and open them. once open, you can make the cut off how you want it. use sheet metal or whatever else you can think of. also, use black RTV or urethane the seal the lights. no more moisture.

Someone (I believe it was one of our Q45 members) used a light and a piece of clear plastic tube with notches in it to create his own home-made angel eyes.

From cutoff I assume you mean the width and depth of the beam from the projector? I doubt you can. Nissan/Infiniti works with lighting manufacturers to design and tune the factory projectors/Headlights to meet lighting requirements. Aftermarket providers use off-the-shelf projector "pods" and builds a headlight around them. Nowhere near the R&D.

One of our Mods works for one of the manufacturers doing R&D and I have seen him using Maxima ballasts that are designed for the 2009 Maxima. Thought it was pretty cool.

well there are two screw like things one adjusts height the other im not sure the problem is that when my light is projected it suddenly goes up at a 45 degree angle towards the right side of the card kinda like this ------/````` if you can imagine what that would look like if it was the light projected on a wall. its very wierd

You should be able to make a cutoff shield. Its a metal piece that sits between the bulb and projector lens. It prevents light from shining above a certain point to avoid blinding oncoming drivers. Its the black line in the center. You just need to find a good way of securing it.
