Don't forget to do the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and ALL the rubber hoses under the intake manifold. Last thing you want is to replace a leak under there after the motor is in.

OKRB: Yea it is really clean, it didnt look like it had much dirt on it at all. As far as where I got it from, Japanesestarmotor.com (Japan star motors). They did it for 1200 shipped to my door with lift gate service. So it was a great deal. Came with literally everything and more. (I have 1 good 180sx engine mount, the other was cut)

And yea, the dumbbells are there because we were gonna try and place then underneath to balance it, but we found wodden planks instead

Engine looks good. Hope it works great for you! I got my 2nd CA from Jazz Pro Parts. They're known for being a good company. Unfortunatly, I paid $1,000 shipped w/o transmission and wiring. Supposed to have 40K miles, but the factory turbo was shot, and there was a hole in the oil pan.You may want to swap to Cusco or Nismo motor mounts as well. Good Luck!

Yeah looks pretty good form what I can tell so far, but still wanna get my tester back so we can do a leakdown on it. Remember to call them about the drop resistor, if not I still have the one from that ca16de. Dunno if they are the same for sure though. Gotta get my lift over there too so we can get it off the pallet and on a stand, and also check the oilpan for dents. Remember I work alot so no bitching if the swap is slow paced. LOL
