Hello Everyone,
First time poster, I used to drive a 240sx coupe and ended up having it stolen, so I picked up a new hatch and decided this time around I would post some pics and maybe some install posts awell since I come here all the time anyway for my nissan fix. So here she is a 1991 240sx hatchback with 280k on the odo and 45k on a swapped in KA24DE. NO rust except for in the hatch which I replaced, and other than that all I have done is add Fortune 500 coilovers. Here are some pics.

Hello and welcome :D sorry to hear about your other car getting stolen. Make sure you have an alarm system on this one if you don't already do. I live hatches but I have a S14 so I'm happy with that now lol. What are your plans? 180sx? KA-T or just stockish?

I really was looking into getting that radiator and the fans

TN4sty 305- No alarm but working locks atleast, and The last was stolen when I was away for 4 months working so more of a just nothing I could do about it scenario. But atleast I didnt put the coils in it yet :) as for the plans, its a 240 so it will go sideways here and there but I will be looking to set it up more for grip, so I plan to go for more of an autox setup. Body wise, Ill be ordering full type x 180sx oem body parts and getting some origin +50 rears, and will be switching to Works and 5 lug+ z32 break setup next january when i get back from Japan to do some shopping and relative visiting, this is just for the now. Motor wise is up in the air, I have a rb26 Block with no head, a really health running KA in her now and been thinking LS1 an sr aswell, but who knows really. For me Power will be done last after the platform has been perfected.

Pj-Ill be getting some 17/45/225s on them tomorrow probably. Have work tomorrow and Sunday so will probably have the fenders hammered out and everything installed Monday or Tuesday. I will have pics up step by step hopefully. Or maybe just a final product, depends on intrest level

Wheels look great! Cant wait to see them on the car! So what are your plans for your 240? If that KA only has 45k i would turbo it! Which BRM exhaust did you buy? Post some pics of that when you get it installed. If you can make a youtube video of the exhaust that would be great!

I got the wheels for 499 and the tires with balancing came out to 600 so about a grand. I was thinking of turboing the KA, I Iike the powerplant. As for the BRM, I got a 2.5 inch piping to a 18 iinch res and dual tips.

There used to be sound bites of the BRM exhaust in our BRM exhaust thread sticky. There will be minor differences in sound based on motor and application, but for the most part it should be pretty similar sounding across the board. The best description I can give it is that it sounds throaty and subdued. Which is what I wanted in an exhaust. I don't want loud and tinny. Those always seem to attract the police and ricer idiots. I also had a 20" resonator added onto mine when I ordered, plus I retained a quick flow cat. So there's quite a bit of muffling between the motor and the tail pipe.
