Analog With the hud??? HELP!!!

ok, so i did my search, and the only thing i've found is someone telling me its possibly to do it... but no DIY's on it.

i've got a 1991 coupe with a ka24de motor. my speedo used to the electronic hud so i have the windshield projector.now its an analog speedo, and i want my windshield readout to work, but dont know how!

is it possible to have the hud with the analog speedo???
