Analog to HUD conversion

I did the search and no one has posted since 05' plus I didnt really see a conclusion. I have a 1990 hatchback with a dohc swap. So I have the dohc analog gauge cluster in my car. I saw a HUD cluster from a coupe in the junkyard. What else do I need besides the cluster to swap this.

you need the cluster, the wiring harness from the car with the digital cluster, and if you plan on putting the hud in you need the hud, and a windshield with the reflector peice. a dashboard with the cutout already there would be good, or one that you can use to draw the templatte out onto it, and the metal clips to screw in the hud.

the hardest part is cutting the dashboard for the hud, wich is why i would recommend either getting the right dash, or not using the hud at all. the rest is pie.
