Analog to Digital Cluster, is it possible ?

Sup, guys...

I am pretty new to the world of S13, and I am loving it, I got my 1990 S13 just a month ago, and trying to restoring/tuning it ever since. But I have a question need you guys' help...

I got a good deal on a Digital Cluster, however my S13 has an Analog Cluster, when I try to swap them, I noticed the wiring in the back is different... Is it actually possible to do this swap ? I would love to get teh HUD to work, but at this moment I would be very happt to see the Digital unit to work...

Any advice would be great...

You may need a new instrument harness. For the HUD you need an additional plug which may not be found on your regular cluster. In addition, you'll need the film that is located on the windshield of the HUD models to see the speedo on your windshield. Additionally, you'll need to cut a hole in the top of your dash to accomidate the pod that the HUD's have.

If you get the hud out of a 90 just go back to the large plugs in the harness, the cluster harness, and plug the harness into yours and install the hud cluster and your good to go. It's not nec. to install the windshield projection system unless you want it.
