An Obama Presidency may be as fun as Bush's

In his first press conference as President-Elect Obama received a question concerning what former presidents he has consulted during the transition. His response?

"In terms of speaking to former presidents, I've spoken to all of them that are living, obviously President Clinton--I didn't want to get into a Nancy Reagan thing about, you know, doing any séances."

Is that a jab at Nancy Reagan, who just got out of the hospital, concerning talking to Ronald or is that a jab at Nancy for having séances in the White House when instead it was Hillary Clinton who admitted to having conducted a séance in which she summoned the spirit of Eleanor Roosevelt? Maybe it was the standard deflection of trying to pin something stupid that happened on the Republicans instead of those who were involved?

Btw, as funny as bush? He will keep the title as the worlds most hilarious(and many other adjectives.. pretty sure thats the only positive one) president for all of time i would imagine. I mean have you ever seen the 'escape' from the chinese interview set vid? Omfg the first time i watched this i thought i was gona die laughing.

Agreed...one of the reasons we have a hard time reforming anything in this Nation is because we are always digging our heels in and nitpicking every damn thing someone does. And whats the excuse? Well the Liberal SOB's bad mouthed Bush, so I'm gonna trash Obama. It's a never ending cycle of suck that eventually my kids will get left with.

We either make things better together, or we WILL fail as a Nation. Obama's real test will be crossing party lines and establishing himself as a leader that doesn't bow down to party politics.

The dude got an over whelming majority vote, time to see if he can at least get us on the right track. But for F's sake, give the guy a second to get in office before we start calling him anything like Bush.
