Hi all,

I have this (approximate) 1/4-inch dia metal line and rubber hose running along the right-hand side of the engine and ending near the front of the valve cover. I have not been able to figure out where it is supposed to go.

Below is a photo; any guesses?

It goes in the bottom of that large intake hose. You should be able to feel it under there.

Actually, at the moment, I am on my vessel in Galveston, TX. I work 28 days at a time in the offshore oil industry on a platform supply vessel, and doing my part to satisfy our need for that wonderful fluid that keeps our J30s running.
