Apologies really can't make up for the dumb crap OP dude said earlier, IMO.

That thread really was a spectacular train wreck...

He's trying. I'm sure he realizes that it's a long road back from ruin.

I've become increasingly aggrivated due to such things lately thats why I havent been posting for the past month or so.

Youve met me. Im a straight shooter, just a little to in your face for most people. I do well at containing myself most of the time, but as of late Im having a hard time. My co-workers have asked the same thing. Ive become fed up with people.

Thats it. I may just take my own vacation from NICO.

And all that crap yesterday was what it was. I dont care what anyone thinks of it. Doesnt matter to me one way or the other.
Nah dude, I thought about it and (at least) attempted to stand by what I said, but the topic had gotten so heated, I did the only thing I knew I could. Like you said, I did take some time away from the forum after writing said post. I even tried playing some Forza 3 and Gran Turismo PSP, but the topic had affected me every time I tried. Then, I wrote this post. Some take this as a classy move, others think it's trashy. I know you're an absolute straight shooter (I've seen your ad for the President; Beautiful car, BTW), and there's nothing I respect more than an honest man. But to me, I couldn't possibly be an ***hole all the time; it's more work than I have time on earth to fulfill.

^ NIcely done.

I've always been a big proponent of "Say what you mean and mean what you say", and "real men rarely have to apologize".

However, I also know that there are times when it's the proper thing to do.

I haven't read the offending matter, nor do I care to. But the effort out forth to apologize says something about the man's character. Let that stand for itself.

Rich's hypometer is on "E". ;)

Thanks, dude. Honestly, I respect all opinions, but more if they show a more open minded view. Shout out to the AZ (my sister was a Sun Devils fan back in the day). I love how deep AZ guys are in tuning. Not just in JDM, but quite literally everything on wheels. You guys have Vivid Racing (whose parts have gotten a little too expensive in the last couple of years), and Arizona Race & Machine, who are considered legends in the Honda scene. I know there are others, but that's the only ones I could think of. BTW, have you been, in any way, affected by the new legislation regarding illegal immigration?

There is a thread about it over in the politics section if you wanna check it out. I'm down in Tucson so it's a huge issue down here. Not to delve too far into the politics realm, no. We haven't been affected by anything yet. Everything is pretty much on hold right now.

lol at the guy that didn't know if it was carbed or not. It's a new 3 valve mod motor...

to be fair though, the hotrodders pulling mod motors are using carbs on them though. I read a nice article on the power they got off a junkyard motor from a Vic by doing a headswap and a carbed intake. The heads I think were a new design by I wanna say Trick Flow, I can't remember now...

oh wow, after paying more attention it's a Coyote motor. Jesus...did he even read an article about the car? hell, that's a direct injected motor...how can you read a review or even an ad without learning that? wait...no it's not, wtf Ford....it's apparently designed to allow it to be added though, so the GT will probably see a 15 or so hp jump in the next few years.

hell, maybe it is carbed after all....
