Okay, I know that wheels can make a car super sexy, especially a car like the AC. What I want to know is... is it possible to take things too far? I mean, I plan on getting aftermarket rims next year after I get the pro-kit springs installed, but 22's??? I'm just at a loss and would like some other opinions on this just to make sure I'm not totally wrong in my thinking... Oh, I guess I should post the link.

Good point... I should have thought about how many times I've seen that phrase before I posted lol.

Yes, 22s on a altima coupe is just way to extreme. Those rims dont even look right on a coupe, looks more for a truck or suv. I say that this person has really bad taste, giving the altima coupe a bad image haha

That is fugly, in my honest opinion. I know that's not something I will be doing to my silver.

If you can even find a 22x8 wheel, you'll be on something like 225/25/22, if such a tire exists?! Most wheels that large would be at least 10" wide or something like that.

There is a member of the Cardomain website that has 22s on his Coupe. I posted a link to this a couple of months ago.

I doubt this guy has dropped the suspension on his becuase you can see daylight under the car.

Thats way too overdone but you know ppl these days always trying to be different and be different then the others.. I think 20's might be reasonable... plus the rims suck so why even do it

Yes, Cali posted this months ago... I can tell from looking at the rims a couple of things...

1. The rims are too wide, or the offset is too low, or both. In any case, his tires stick out about .5 - .8 inches outside of his wheel well. His tires will scrape when he goes over bumps, no question. Very annoying sound inside the car and very bad and dangerous for your tires. I've seen it happen on an 04 altima with 20" with a low offset wheel.

2. His tires are 245 / 30/ 22, which gives him a tire diameter of 27.7", 1" over specs...and I'm sure he isn't wily enough to reconfigure his cpu to adjust for this difference.

Yeah I agree, to each his own, but you can't do mods to the point that your vehicle suffers and is less safe than before. All in all, some guys don't car about that, and they just want their ride to look like a true dunk!

*FYI* for those not from the hood, a dunk is a hood term for a whip jacked up on 22" - 28" rims!

WOW, those are way TOO BIG, i think 18-19 rims fit the altima coupe the best, anything over that makes it look ridiculous.

22's definitely are too big but I wouldn't say anything over 19's looks ridiculous....Plenty of members on here with 20's and their coupes don't look ridiculous.....I get plenty of complements on my coupe and it's on 20's....but as my signature says, to each his own....
