OK! Its rebuild kit group buy time!

This is how the group buy is going to work.

The prices will be outlined as below:

-S13 Advanced Rebuild Kit $1685 Shipped-S13 Basic Rebuild Kit $1000 Shipped-SOHC Advanced Rebuild Kit $1525 Shipped-S14 Advanced Rebuild Kit $1670 Shipped-S14 Basic Rebuild Kit $975 Shipped

If we can get 12 people in on this, here is an extra, added benefit.

I WILL GET YOU ANY BORE AND ANY COMPRESSION RATIO FOR YOUR PISTON SET FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!

Also, I have 5 and only 5 sets of EAGLE rods available for purchase with the kit. If you choose to get a set of Eagle rods, you can subtract and additional 15 dollars off your purchase price.

All shipping is FREE OF CHARGE in the lower 48 states.

For you to place you order you will HAVE TO give us a call. There are too many options for this to go smoothly over the internet. The ONLY way you can place your order online is if you are ordering one of the normal kits without any special options. The price will be the regular price on the website, just put in the comments section that you would like to be part of the group buy.

Any additional options, like upgrading the rods, will be the normal upgrade price.

There will be a period of time between when you place your order and when your product is shipped. All orders will be shipped ground. I'm not putting a closing date on the group buy at this moment, but expect it to be at least a month from now before we start shipping orders!

After a quick browsing of the parts, looks like an excellent deal. I'd be down if I didn't already have the pistons and rods.

Jump on this bandwagon fella's...

Chris, is this a limited time GB? Are there a certain amount of GB's in total you'll fill?

Excellent pricing, considering I have about $2500 in parts in my S13 advanced rebuild.

yep, same price. I can't do anything about the tax though. No way for me to get around it since you are in the state.

Are the timing replacement parts for the advanced kit OEM? If not, does any one know the quality of this stuff? I read some posts where people swear that OEM is the *only* way to go when replacing timing components.

Thanks

hey please bear with my noob questions please

How can I tell if I want STOCK BORE or .020 over Pistons? And my KA24 needs a rebuild but I cant afford to turbo it yet. But I plan too...so if I rebuild it with this kit, will it be fine to drive in NA form? Until I turbo it tho...

Thanks!

If you are rebuilding the motor I would recommend that you over bore it to get the best fit and finish. If you are doing a budjet build and are confident in your cyliinder wall clearances, you may be able to get away with the stock bore pistons.

You can definitely drive with it like this in N/A form, it may even be faster, depending on the condition of your old motor

Thanks man, so I guesse i'll take the safe side. So when I go to the shop, I will request to have my walls bored to .020 over. correct? Also aside from the size difference will the different bore have any other affect?

Thanks again

NICE, I called up a while back and asked if they gave Military Discounts being my wife is active duty and I'm reserve living on base here at Hanscom... They were only willing to give 25$ off the Advanced Rebuild price. All NICO members are getting a hell of a deal! Forums FTW! Don't join the military kids!Does this mean I can get 25$ extra off??

You are correct about the machine shop, they should be able to take care of everything else.

The size difference on a 4 cylinder is not enough to make any more horsepower or have a huge effect. You will get properly sized cylinders however!

I suprised you got $25 out of them .

We don't normally give any discounts, regarless of where you are from. We like to set the prices so that they are a good deal ALL of the time.

We don't normally do group buys either but everyone was so enthusiastic about this one, that I set it up.
